Lead time

Made to order in Montréal — ships in 4–6 weeks. Every fixture is built after you order.

Shipping

Free shipping in Canada and US metro areas. Rates for destinations outside those zones are quoted on request.

Warranty

5-year warranty (except bulbs). Bulbs are consumables and are not covered.

Returns

60-day returns on non-custom items. Custom commissions and personalized Memoria pieces are made for you and cannot be returned. To start a return, email hello@zeynlabs.com.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement.
