Privacy
We collect the information you give us — name, email, project details on inquiry forms, and shipping details when you order. We use that information to reply to you and to deliver your order. That's it.
What we collect
- Newsletter signups: email address.
- Inquiries: name, email, and the project details you share.
- Orders: shipping address and payment information (handled by Stripe; we never see your card details).
- Personalized pieces: the photos you upload for your piece. We use them only to make your piece — they are never shown publicly or shared. Photos from completed orders are kept for up to one year after delivery; photos from uploads that don't become an order are deleted.
How we use it
We use your information to correspond with you about your inquiry, produce and ship your order, and — if you subscribed — send you our occasional newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Presentation requests
If you ask for a copy of our presentation, we use your email address to send the requested documents. We also store your document language, any optional studio or role you provide, the request date and delivery status for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. A request does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can view and download the documents without giving us your email address.
Si vous demandez notre présentation, votre adresse courriel sert à vous envoyer les documents demandés. Nous conservons aussi la langue choisie, le studio ou le rôle indiqués de façon facultative, la date de demande et l’état de l’envoi pour résoudre les problèmes et prévenir les abus. Cette demande ne vous inscrit pas à une infolettre. Les documents sont accessibles sans fournir d’adresse courriel.
Who we share it with
We use Stripe for payment processing and standard email and hosting providers to operate this site. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Email hello@zeynlabs.com to request a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete your data.
